ウォーターライン・シリーズも初期の頃のキットは、今日の目で見るとつらい物がある。
そんなモデラーの意見が聞こえたのか、最近リニューアルされるものも出てきた。このキットもリニューアルされたものである。
通常のキットに、エッチング・パーツが添付された、スーパーディティールと呼ばれるものであるが、以下の画像にある探照燈台のトラスを
見て欲しい。オリジナルのプラパーツに比べて、大きすぎるのである。結局一つもエッチング・パーツを使わずに組み立てた。
２００３年２月１６日に完成。

An early kits  of the waterline series is not so good compare to a current kits.
I do not know  our modelers voice reached or not to a model maker  however some of them were renewed recently.
This kit also renewal version.
It is called "Super Detail Series" that include etching parts with usual kit but next image discover that the searchlight truss is too large to install
compare to the original plastic parts.
So I did not use any etching parts for this kit.  It was completed on 2003 Feb. 16th.
