ｂｂハセガワが最初に出した、１／４８ Ｅ型のキットである。ラジエター グリルにエッチングのパーツを使用したりとなかなか気合の入ったキットであった。
その後胴体の一部のラインなどを修正しリニューアルされた。キット指定のデカールではなく、次の製品のＢｆ１０９Ｅガーランドのものを使用した。
後にこの機体もアドルフ ガーランドのものだと知るのであるが（塗装説明には明記されておらず、１９４０年６月
Ⅲ／ＪＧ２６飛行隊司令 フランスとだけ記されている）。
ライトブルーはモデルアート別冊のドイツ機の塗装とマーキングを参考に調合して塗装した。
This is a first Hasegawa's 1/48 Messerschmitt type E kit. They made an
effort to this kit such as etching parts provide for a radiator
grille etc.
After several years, they renewed by correcting fuselage line etc.
I use the decal from the next product Bf109-E Galland instead of the kit
specified one.
Later I new this aircraft also piloted by Adolf Galland (Instruction
sheet not stated clearly only noted Ⅲ/JG26 flying corps command
France in June, 1940)
I made RLM65 light blue color using "CAMOUFLAGE & MARKINGS
OF THE LUFTWAFFE AIRCRAFT Vol.1 DAY FIGHTERS" published by Model Art
as reference and painted it.
