この作品は丁度湾岸戦争の頃、沖縄で完成させたものである。
まだ湾岸戦争参戦機と銘打った別売りデカールは発売になっていなかったが、資料でこの部隊が参戦しているのを知り作りあげた。
完成させて暫くして嘉手納のオープンハウスがあり、そこで模型展示をしているテントを見つけた。
翌日この作品を持参し、それがきっかけで私は嘉手納のＩＰＭＳ ショーグン支部のメンバーとなったのである。
I completed this model in Okinawa during Gulf War period.
Although there were no Gulf War Birds decal in the market ,I knew this squadron participated in the war
from my reference book and build this up.
Kadena Open House held several days after and I found the tent which line
up the complete scale models.
Next day I brought this model there and it was the reason why I join the
IPMS Shogun Chapter.
